Meketa Investment Group Expands Employee Ownership Team

Meketa Investment Group (“Meketa”), a global investment consulting and fiduciary management (OCIO) firm, today announced it has expanded its employee ownership to include three new shareholders. Erika Olson, Jared Pratt, and Laura Morgan have joined the firm’s ownership group, bringing the employee ownership of the firm to more than 70 shareholders.

New Meketa Shareholders

Erika Olson serves as Director of Public Markets Research, overseeing the public markets investment process, and chairs the firm’s Marketable Securities Oversight Committee. Erika earned her MBA from the Yale School of Management and graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Jared Pratt, CFA, CAIA, serves as a consultant working with a variety of defined benefit, defined contribution, and endowment and foundation clients. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) and the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations, and received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Mexico.

Laura Morgan, SPHR, serves as Director of Human Resources, overseeing all aspects of human resource management and operations, from talent acquisition to organizational strategy. Laura holds an MBA from the University of Denver, earned her Master of Arts from Lesley University in counseling psychology, and has a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of New Hampshire.
